Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping options within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at an additional cost)

Free shipping is available for orders over $60 (U.S. only).

Local Delivery / Pickup

(If applicable) We offer local pickup in Culver city. Choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand internationally soon — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
